Soft docs

Privacy Policy

This page explains what BLOOP does with the details you hand us. We keep it short, because a policy should not need a magnifying glass. If anything here is unclear, ask a staff member at the desk and we will walk you through it.

What we collect

When you book a soft seat, you give us a name, an email address, a date, the spot type and the block of hours you want. If you join the soft news list from our footer, you give us only an email address. That is the whole set. We do not ask for identity documents, and we do not run a loyalty scheme that trails your play history around.

Why we hold it

We use these details for those reasons and nothing else. Booking records live in a plain internal log so the front desk can find your reservation; they are not sold, rented or handed to advertisers.

Cookies

The site itself is light. We do not set marketing or tracking cookies, and we do not embed third-party pixels that follow you elsewhere. Your browser may store its own small preferences, such as whether you asked for reduced motion, but those stay on your device and never reach us.

How long we keep it

We hold a booking record for as long as it stays useful for scheduling and follow-up, then we clear it. News-list emails stay until you ask to leave the list. To be removed, or to see what we hold for you, email the address you booked with or speak to the venue in person, and we will sort it out.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version lives here. Because our booking flow is simple, changes are rare and small. Please see our Terms of Use for the house rules that go alongside this policy.
